ICE CREAM MACARONS! *EXCITED*

YES! SAY HELLO TO OUR ICE CREAM MACARONS!

Creating these ice cream macarons are a little tricky. When or what should we do first!

We didn't prepare an ice cream cone template, so we went ahead an rely on our good old round template.
We started with piping the cone out first. We drew a straight line across the circle, and creating a triangular cone down. Its easier to draw the outline first, then fill in the rest.
Once all down, bang the tray a few times to remove any air pockets and smoothen any piping creases.

Next, we piped the icecream on top of the cone. We did not use any round piping tip with it. We used a plastic piping bag and snip off at least 2cm off. Reason being, we don't require a large tip for this. Since we are drawing the outline, we need a narrower tip for easy control. No tip is fine!

Its easy to pipe the ice cream out, just follow the outline of the semi circle and fill it in!
And bang it once all piped!

The last step, once your structure is all formed, pipe criss-cross lines on your cones to look more like a waffle cone. This time round, you don't have to bang it, just leave it to set until a shell is formed then bake it!

Definitely a fun funky dessert to have at your party!
